There is this gym
Besides this boating arena place
Some try to stay trim
Many go to the outside pool, where the party scene is from outer space

Oh my what about this bar
Live band and real good food
Walking from the pool or gym, you wont get far
Just watch out for those who are rude

Restaurants at every glance
That is why the parking lot is full, yet only a few are in the gym inside
To party and have fun as many jump and dance
Back inside the gym, as a few go for a indoor bike ride

Women look for men and men look for the ladies
The location is on the water, right on the shore
Hotels and a nearby beach, watch out for the speeding Mercedes
This place has a lot of interesting things in store

Be cool in the pool
Yet to many fitness seems so boring and underrated
Not many are fit, the rest play the fool
Problem is most are always out and trying to get sedated

Feel the breeze, the fresh smell of salt from the sea
Music in the background as people walk by
Mixed levels of relaxation and being free
No such thing as seasonal, just have an open ear and eye

The pool is in the back
Gym of course is in the front, a few businesses on the side
Silence inside as jokingly my observations go on attack
Oh yeah there is another boating arena on the right side

The young and bold are out to play
To eat have fun and do many things
Even during the winter many hang out and stay
Yet a dark world of drama, negative pollution and broken wedding rings

Throw in a few tennis courts, parks and trails
For the athletic and for the nature fans
A couple parks and silly newspapers that tell tales
An the many who try and get really weird tans
