Happiness
Dear friend,I am writing to you to tell you that I miss you,
I miss your smile, and the color of your skin as it glows in the rays of the evening sun,
I miss your enthusiasm, your gentle embrace, and most of all, I miss the passion you had for life.
For all passion is not forbidden, it is the drug of humanity, and the blood of queens, kings, and porters alike,
yet I miss you.
Have you ever wondered why your happiness only lingers and dims with the candlelight?
Perhaps dear friend we are not waking up to the rays of the sun, to be only trapped from past memories.
At each new day, that we are blessed to consume, should not be met with thoughts of gloom, but met with butterflies, dragonflies, flying east and across our faces,
Perhaps if we only stopped to tie our shoelaces and embrace the taste of fruit of life, and eliminate the jaws of strife.
And so I leave only these words of wisdom dear friend,
Life is meant to be lived and love is meant to be lost, embrace what you can while you are here, or both your past and your future you will find lost.
Sincerely,
Happiness
