been thinkin about you
Have you been thinkin about me to? 

Just skippin stones
thinkin about day’s gone by

I smile and sigh
then begin to cry

With each stone I skip
my mind does a flip 

Sun is shinning
on my face
while walking a slow pace
and
skippin stone’s

 I think of your eye’s
when I see the sparkle on the water
and
remember the day
you said goodbye to your father

The next stone I picked
I thought of the time’s
I was nearly licked
but
made it through
because of you
 
Just skippin stones
thinking about you 

 The greatest gift we have shared 
our two son’s you beared 

Skipping stone’s
memories on each one 

 still thinking about
how it all begun
