    well pleased

    One often thinks of a blessing
    one often spends more time guessing

    one is sure they know
    what they are talking about
    well
    I have my doubts

    what is truly important
    have you figured it out yet
    or is one more concerned with
    getting what they can get

    when they got what they want
    not nessasarily
    what they need
    because of the greed

    they will call it a blessing
    but
    is  He well pleased


    no longer does it seem
    to be a dream
    just a nightmare
    people no longer care
    vultures gathered for the feast

    is He wll Pleased

    gadgets,fancy cars
    plenty of bling bling
    but
    is He Well Pleased

    earth no longer green
    blue skies seldom seen
    every year a new disease

    is He Well Pleased

    it rains on the just
    and
    the unjust as well
    mother earth is becoming
    a living hell
    running out of what
    mankind needs

    is He Well Pleased
