    for my friend Jim who we lost a few days ago

    We Entertain Angels Unaware

     We dare to care
    WE dare to share

    and

    We entertain angels unaware

    kindness,hospitality
    a cool glass of hope
    a warm plate of love

    We entertain angels
    sent to us
    from the Lord above

    light maybe dim
    so many problems in the world
    we can hardley bare
    one thing that is not really rare is

    We entertain angels unaware


    be on your guard
    be on your toes
    there isnt a minute to spare
    because you never know
    how,when or where

    We entertain angels unaware


    a fleeing moment in time
    a bright flare to light our way
    a smile,hug, a word of encouragement
    because heaven has sent

    an angel who really does care

    We entertain angels unaware
