    When I am Gone

     I sometimes wonder
    what will be said
    when I'm laid to rest
    in an earthen bed

    will it be said
    he was a good guy
    will I be missed
    when they say good bye

    I often wonder how many hearts
    I have touched
    did I make a difference
    or will it be said
    he was a sorry cuss

    will it be a relief
    when I am no longer here
    will they laugh
    will they cheer

    I think this at times
    maybe because
    of my older age

    have I softened hearts
    or
    have I caused some to go into a rage

    I have no inheritance
    to leave behind
    no money or gold
    to find

    all I have to leave it's true
    is my never ending love
    for you

    will it be said
    my love was enough
    or will it be said
    I should have left you
    more stuff

    will it be said
    I opened minds
    will it be said
    I was one of a kind

    yes
    I wonder at times
    what will be said

    when I am laid to rest
    in an earthen bed

    When I am gone
    will I be sorely missed

    will they sing songs
    will they give me
    a last kiss

    When I am gone

    H.C. I often wounder what it will be like when I am gone never mind what they will say..... For if I left this world right now I leave behind a few things... One a car two some clothes three abunch of people going how real was that one..... For as you know me as redbloodink I write under this name too I was born into this world with gender issues...... So as a boy, so as a human know just accepting the fact that I am imperfect but knowing Jesus they way I do He will stand before me in front of the Father saying This one did it's best and tried hard to bring lost ones to Me to get too You! and if that isn't good enough I guess I will parish and be forever forgotten by the only One that matters to me..... so what they say about us is probably pointless wouldn't you think........? love light and peace.... redbloodink
