Here
Everything goes around in my headI can't make sense of it all
So I turn up the radio
And dive into this bottle
To drown it all out
To numb everything for a while
Don't tell him you saw me here
Drowning in this bottle.
Tell him I've gone on an adventure
Tell him I went to find myself
Tell him I've moved on and I'm fine.
Just don't tell him you saw me here.
Everyday is a new struggle
As I realize I have to do this alone.
I know I should let go; just move on
But this bottle looks more promising
Than trying to forget what we had.
I'm perfectly fine; when I have this numbing.
Don't tell him you saw me here
Drowning in this bottle.
Tell him I've gone on an adventure
Tell him I went to find myself
Tell him I've moved on and I'm fine.
Just don't tell him you saw me here.
I never thought that he'd find me here.
Thought I was alone in my secret place.
But I forgot this used to be ours
So now he knows the truth
Knows I've been here all along.
Now he won't leave.
No one told him I was here
Drowning in these bottles.
Someone told him I went on an adventure
Someone told him I wnet to find myself
Someone told him I'd moved on and I was fine
But he knew he'd find me here.
Everything went around in my head
I couldn't make sense of it all.
I turned up the radio
And drowned myself in these bottles
But now that he's here,
I can't hold in the pain anymore,
Now that he's here.
