    Falling

     I fall away
    You let me fall
    Down into darkness
    That beckons to me.
    I cling to conciousness
    I can't let the dark take me.
    I watch you watch me fall.
    Is that a smile I see
    Upon your lips?
    Is that regret I see
    Playing in your eyes?
    Maybe now you realize
    What you could have done.
    Is that a tear I see
    Rolling down your cheek?
    Is that a laugh
    Sounding from your mouth?
    Do you now know
    There was something you could do?
    Do you now know
    That I truly loved you?
    Now you can't help.
    I've fallen into the dark
    and I won't come out...
