    I wanted to try and give a more romantic spin on a story i have already told in another poem called rosarito failed attempt. If you read the other one and didnt like it or it was too long for ya, you may like this one better. Enjoy!

     Seal The Deal   30 Lines

    Hand in hand we walked so early in the morning,
    If anyone saw us theyd think we were a couple forming,
    I remember how i held your hand, it felt so surreal,
    Not used to be in this moment, at times i could not feel,
    And I was numb yet in the moment,
    Because to feel what i wanted to feel fully meant sure atonement,

    Those are the rules of the dance,
    I hate them with a passion, but its my only chance,
    Still we walk,
    Still we talk,
    I want to hold you, close in my arms,
    And keep you from the cold harms,

    Of anyone, or anything,
    To protect you, my sweet thing,
    But I just couldnt, seal the deal,
    I would know a stalled romance gone for real,

    You touched me, held my face,
    Kissed me, and I still held my place,
    Said lets take a walk on the sand,
    Why didnt I listen to that simple command,
    We would have made love that was long overdue,
    You feeling me, me feeling you,
    But I just couldnt, seal the deal,
    There I sat, blue balled for real,

    You even let me, stay at your house,
    Your sisters giggled, like a squealed mouse,
    Gave me yet one more chance to perform,
    Stuck in the middle, I did the typical norm,
    So I recieved my just fate,
    I sealed the deal when it was too late!
