Luke King's Dracula Part 2
Luke King's Dracula Part 2 37 LinesThis woman in Dracula's eyes is his true love, his rival,
Once a human, she fell at his hands because he needed survival,
But was astonished at her beauty and so he asked the great one if she could live eternal for his sin,
The great one granted his request without hesitation or whim,
So now, this woman, turned powerful vampire was now an immortal,
But the great one had a twist in his plan, nothing comes free,
He hid her from Dracula 2,500 years on earth and even in plain sight he could not see,
This accelerated his process in killing demon souls,
But did nothing to ease his mind in finding her, his heart full of holes,
Lucky for him he was the king of charm, the master of seduction,
Not surprising many of the women he deflowered felt natures process of reproduction,
But even then they would only interest him awhile,
For he yearned for this woman like a dry bed in Africa yearns for the Nile,
Nothing, not even blood could quench his thirst,
He loved a woman he only met once and whose life he nearly took,
What then could Dracula do to ease this hollow memory in his mind which became a book,
Only the battles with demons charged his spirit,
It let him know the glory the great one had for him to inherit,
But in his heart he wanted the one he lost to join up with him,
It would ease his longing, ease his ache, ease his mind,
Ease what he felt was a bind.
