    As One

                                        Weightlessly I travel in time
                                  In hopes to connect with your mind 
                                       As you rest peacefully divine  
                               Slowly dancing with your soul we entwine 

                                 Becoming as one our hearts now beat
                                 Holding you close into your eyes I see
                              All of your dreams and what's meant to be
                                As we grace the heavens so gracefully 

                                Inhaling every breath as you exhale out
                           Thankful the tenderness felt from your mouth
                     As we embrace the serenity from the stars of the south
                                 Feeling the clouds mists drizzling about

                           Then the sun begins to rise, the time has come
                                    For us to return, the night is done
                                   Over as fast as it had earlier begun
                  Awaking from our sleep, remembering our souls dancing as one

    I love the imagery in this poem... Is it that u think life is better in a dream than actual reality? Even though life might sometimes disappoint us... those random REAL moments can't compare to anything we fantasize about....

    Your very own dreams are always better than what's in front of you.

    If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
