Tell Me

                          Tell me what it is, that you like about me
                      Is it because I'm book smart, but keep it street 
                    Or could it be, the way I put it down in the sheets 
                      The up north accent that I have, when I speak 

                      Tell me what it is, that has you feeling this way 
                       The little message, I send throughout the day 
                     The way I make you laugh, get silly when we play 
                        Or when I lay to rest at night, for you I pray

                      Tell me what it is, to make you feel how you feel 
                         Is it that I workout, and my body's like steel 
                            Or the way I never front, I keep it real 
                        Because you feel protected, you know the deal 

                                 Tell me what it is, I need to know 
                           So I can continue to do it, so we can grow 
                            It's my inspiration, makes my poetry flow 
                      My mission is to have you feeling this, till you get old
