    Exhale Slow
                                      Inhale deep, to exhale slow
                                Clinging to life, watching the soul go 

                        Knowing the difference, between right and wrong 
                                Wanting to let go, fighting to hold on 

                                      Disguising pains, showing smiles
                                    Grab hold of my shoes, walk a mile 

                                    Go where I've been, see what I saw
                                     Want to give up, still reach for all

                                        Inhale deep, hold your breath
                                      Want to go right, but travel left

                                        Rest in cold, wake in sweats
                                    Feel sorry for things, but no regrets

                                Forget so much, when everything you know
                                         Just inhale deep, exhale slow
