"I Do"

  • Always and forever no matter where you are or where you decide to go. My love will be there with you, just wish the two of you would know

"I Do"

Just when I thought it couldn't get worse
I see y'alls wedding pic and I start to curse
How is it possible that one gorgeous woman
showed me how much it hurts to be a human

15 months now since you've been gone
and I still blame myself for all that went wrong
I tried so hard to make up for my mistakes
even paid your families rent for heaven sakes

Now however, you carry the last name Glover
and it seems you love him like no other
You even deleted all of our history
so you didn't have to taste a bit of misery

So happy and proud you are to be his wife
got everything you said you wanted out of life
Moved down south, far far away
didn't even show emotion when I called to say

I love you all so very, very much
more than anything else I shall ever see, taste, or touch
I cried for days and days on end
wishing on shooting stars, our tie's I could mend

Instead I'm left to myself, so very much all alone
yet I can still hear your sexy moan
The trailer which we called our place
and everywhere I still see your beautiful face

I can still smell that addictive scent
that came from you, when onto your neck I went
Still feel those heavenly lips
against my own, even now as my heart into two it rips

The tattoo with y'alls birthstones that lay upon my chest
proves how much more I'd do for you, than all the rest
But it's been so long since you even cared
just wish I could do what it is that I dared

For these feelings shall never decline
which I wish could just be fine
But every day I hope and pray
is another day in my life that's gone astray

I wish I would have listened to you
run away like you had said, instead of pushing through
All the pain and heartbreak that I've now grown used to
but to you and the girls: I had already said my "I Do"
