My Girls

  • Always and forever no matter where you are or where you decide to go. My love will be there with you, just wish the two of you would know

My Girls

What I forever want
You tell me will never be
Whether it's because what you have now
Is right, logical, or perhaps even better
Doesn't make the pain, or loneliness
The suffering or despair
Any easier, or less hurtful

But seeing the girl's smiling faces
Still makes me weak, helpless, whole and happy
With what little time I shall be given
I shall make it well known
I love them truely
Wholely and completely

No matter what the future may hold for us
I will forever and always
Love them as if they were my own
If they ever need
Anything and everything at all
I will be there, no matter the time or place
No matter the cost, emotionally or physically
I shall make certain haste

I love them like no other
I would fight to the bitter end
Just to ensure they would be alright
I will never turn my back on
Run away, or flee from pain
I know I shall never harm them
In any way shape or form

For they are worth more
Than there own weight in gold and platinum
They are more precious and sacred
Than any material known to mankind
Then, now, and forevermore

I should have thanked you then
When I had realized what exactly happenend
My walls broke down, and love rushed in
The first time I heard the word Daddy
I should have fell to my knees
Looked up at you with them in my arms
And said please, let me make it be?

But now is a different time and place
Without you by my side
To be my saving grace
It may be to late for us now
But my feelings stay true
I'll love them so much
Then, now, and forevermore

So don't you worry
And don't you fret
I know what is left for me to do
Be not a creep, and do ye no harm
Never rise up and cause you alarm
Cause you said it best
Even everyone else knows its correct

Keeping them away
really does hurt me
Even more

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
