Forever Yours
You see a beauty in me,
That I cannot yet see within myself.
You see a strength in me,
Even when I doubt my will above all else.
You saw the dieing light in me,
And helped build it into a blazing flame.
You reminded me of who I am,
You showed me how not to lose myself again.
You helped reafirm bonds,
I thought were lost to time.
You showed me how to stand up for myself,
How to claim a happiness that is rightfully mine.
All of this you have done for me,
Yet you have asked nothing in return.
Little do you realize you have claimed something.
My heart, it is forever yours.
