    Choking,
    Screaming,
     Unable to breathe.
    Dying,
    Bleading,
    Unable to see.

    Fear consumes.
    It controls the mind.
    It fills the heart with posion.
    It stops one's sense of time. 

    Watch it pollute your waking moments.
    Watch it tarnish all your dreams.
    It can take everything from you.
    It can destroy anything.

    So take control now.
    Be the change you want to see.
    The only thing to fear is fear itself.
    So take a moment and just breathe.

    Sometimes our fear kills us faster than what really is going on. We just got to remember to let god take the wheel he won't let us have anything we can't handle. I get very anxious at times with my fibromyalgia condition which gives me many other symptoms n conditions... I'm constantly visiting drs n specialist because of one thing or another. Recently I was told I had a breast tumor but luckily it was benign. I was so upset about it but then when all the stress was over I couldn't help laugh about silly I can be at times.

    i never fear for myself really. but my children are a whole other story. my friends say i am borderline paranoid.

    I only have one fear, its not dying, or getting physically hurt; no my fear is dying alone (unmarried)!

    My greatest fear is watching one of my children die. i've stayed with my youngest in the hospital before for a week. the doctors didn't know what was wrong and could only pump him full of antibiotics. luckily he got better but i was so scared.
