    Poem Commentary

    I am now 21 days away from giving birth to my twin boys. i never thought I'd have twins, being a twin myself (and in my family it skips a generation), but it seemsive been blessed with them anyway. needless to say, it came as quite a shock, lol. this is for them. may i be good enough to be their mommy.

    New Life

     Life is in the earth.
    It is in the heavens and the stars.
    It is born upon the wind.
    It is in the rain when it falls.

    Carried in every seed,
    It will one day grow strong.
    But it needs to be nurtured,
    Cared for in loving arms.

    Now new life grows within me.
    New lungs take teir first breath.
    Two just formed hearts start new tempos.
    Arms and legs do now stretch.

    Blessed be she who carries new life.
    New responsibilities abound.
    But the love now carried within,
    Will forever know no bounds.
