Little Birds
Oh the things my little birds tell me.
So many secrets they whisper in my ear.
Information you never thought I’d know of,
Truths you never thought I’d hear.
But hear them I do,
When my little birds sing their pretty song.
Their voices are pure and sweet.
The way they look out for me shows me a kindness I have missed for so long.
I listen whenever they perch near me,
For the truths many try to hide.
Actions speak louder than words,
And my little birds never lie.
