    Almost
    subtle scent on gentle breeze
    delightful wicked tease
    never can appease
    bitter plea's
    no reprise
    it's always almost

    air brushes skin as you move past
    empty smiles stuck on fast
    kisses never last
    sorrow vast
    love passed
    it's only almost

    the dying desperate dream
    voicing silent sobbing scream
    broke my self-esteem
    always the extreme
    grand scheme
    destroy me almost

    warm sun in chilling wind
    whisper words to woo me in
    knowing you pretend
    while I descend
    false friend
    dead end
    it's always almost

    I defy your puppet strings
    hearts truth is finally seen
    my life belongs to me
    I am free
    to believe
    there's more for me
    than almost

    almost is never good enough when it comes to true love and the matters of the heart and soul, almost leaves wanting, unforfilled, hungry, and in the end empty and lonely. Almost in heaven means we fell into hell, and such is the reality when we awaken from the illusion of lies to see the undeniable truth that we hide from ourselves in the name of love and happiness. For a short time it feels like enough, for a brief moment it is like heaven, but when the fog is lifted to see the lies, almost is never good enough, ever!!! Purity of the soul, journey well!!! with grace and humility ANGEL
