    Our dreams that go no where, the falls that never really happen, wakes you before you fall.

    Elusive Memories

     Caught between the image of the imagination
    The dreams baring no whitness at all
    No image there of
    Holding only the forgotten dream
    Seen only in your dreams
    Where wanted acts things that become reality
    Only in your dreams faulter and fall
    The dive that doesnot become
    Closeness awakes to change
    Beauty beholds the beholder
    She flys on the flying trapeze
    Hangs from her exsistance
    A feeling of flight but falls no where
    A towering building waits for the faller
    Awakes before the end
    The pacing heart jumps with emotion
    Returns like the thumping horse races
    Across with an endless thunder
    Frightens the soul
    At the end realizes it is just a dream

    Those dreams are the ones that get me up at 3am! lol So true and interesting that we've all had them at different times...Thanks goodness we do wake up!

    Very thoughtful poem. I like the use of simile in this work.comparing a trapeze artist with life. And, this poem is somewhat like a poem i have written entitled Forlorn. I shall post the poem Forlorn so that u may read and comment. your poem i rate a 10 keep up the good work

    “Beauty beholds the beholder” is my favourite line, dreams are yours and only yours to enjoy or to get frightened off, very well done!
