    I dedicate this poem to those who have gone before us . 
    To those left behind who are  loved. 

    When The Sun Sets-

     When the sun sets you will see me leave
    I will smile rise up Heaven bound
    When the sun sets
    Leaving behind all that I was
    Just a memory from the past
    When the sun sets
    A new life a new beginning welcomes me
    My spirit will flourish
    Leaving behind only memories of the love I left behind
    Think of me when the sun sets be glad for me
    How happy I am
    I am leaving behind all the love I have for you
    When the sun sets do not cry
    I can see my family and friends again gone before me
    When the sun sets

    I wonder if when the sun sets, you will be in a reality where there is no sun, but all is illumined by the light of the Son. There will be no more tears or sorrow, no pain, only joy... (Rev21:4)

    Beautiful poem, my spirit certainly flourished reading your poem. My favorite line is "I am leaving behind all the love I have for you". Your poem certainly touched my heart, keep up with your good work;)
