    In the pages of our memory we'll find the past.

    Take me back

     Walk with me take me back
    When the streets bloomed
    the wild flowers grew
    Lake waters rippled fresh
    Take me back

    Willow tree branches hung
    Where we used to sit
    Heavenly breezes cooled our faces
    Walk with me

    The leaves would fall
    Piled in a heap
    Entertained us
    Autumn met fall
    Walk with me

    Hand in hand we'd walk
    Now just a memory
    Sifts through my mind
    In the pages of time
    Walk with me

    Ah Betty, to walk again those days of yore...to stroll casually once more...in reverie with the special person by our side. This is a lovely poem of reminiscence...................................gogant

    Remember the newness when life seemed so new ?Life was a head of us and not behind.
