A Marriage Made in Blood
You come in the night with your murderous song,
A song of desire for me.
A song filled with love, a song filled with blood,
With bittersweet ecstasy.
You approach as a shadow on a moonlit night,
but I don't want to run or hide.
I sense the danger but it appeals to me
To be your deathbed bride.
You embrace me in the dark so sweet,
I feel your lover's bite -
The pain is passing, for all I want
Are blood-filled dreams tonight.
A murderous bride for a murderous groom,
Blood is all I see.
There is blood in every dying rose,
And we'll drain them eternally.
