“Lecher’s Dream”

Listen to the piercing scream echoing through the lecher’s dream

feel the grief of misery

alive throughout history

we all want to be someone escaping from this pain

we all try to hide the fear

of dying once again

Speak of all the hope that’s gone

echoing through the life beyond

try to hide the tears inside

acting like you’ve never cried

we all want to find the way

to live outside this dream

we all want the words to say

we’re far above the scheme

Listen!  Hear the anguished scream

music for the lecher’s dream

hide your eyes from what you see

visions you could never be

you say you want to be someone

a real person before you die

all you do is run run run

never really knowing why

Scream at me through sightless mist

try to stain me with your kiss

I am fighting this ugly nightmare

fighting until I become aware

I’ve searched for ways to find a way

to be a happy man

there’s many places where I stayed

where I could understand

I’m like you and many people

groping through this dream of evil

fighting grief and misery

living death so busily

trying hard to be someone

with visions of my own

searching for a special dream

a lecher of our own.
