    remember how
    you stood there
    so white, so righteous
    saying nigger this and nigger that
    I never thought much of you
    just more ignorant fools
    I never thought of hurting you
    I just felt sorry
    for you
    remember how
    you forced yourselves on us
    pushing women and kids around
    Martin said we should love you
    I never thought I could do that
    but; it’s true
    I don’t hate you
    or want to kill you
    just everything you stand for
    all I want is for you
    to clean out your closets and backrooms
    put everything out in the hall
    I’ll help you get rid of it.
