"She Had 3 Crows"
I saw a picture
where she had 3 crows
when she was a child
To me that picture
Is her
Each baby crow
An indication
Of her
One is love
she loves every living thing
Cannot bear to harm
Anything
Two is trust
She trusts in life
its hope
its joy
its beauty
three is faith
In God, although she doesn’t talk
much about Him
her faith shines
In her caring
Taking 3 crows in
to love, to care for
with the faith
to restore them
She was brought up that way
her parents are wonderful
She loves them infinitely
She loves me a little less
I think
As she should
Parents, children, animals
She loves, trusts and has faith
To care for them
I am her meanest animal
She loves me to death
She had 3 crows,
now she only has
3 dogs
Nine cats
And 2 cockatiels
What can I say?
She is not flaky
Just too beautiful
For words
