    "The Heart of Love"

    All my life
    I've looked for Your heart
    each day
    brings me closer to You
    each moment is joy
    just knowing
    a little of You

    All of my days
    were lost in a cloud
    each one hazy
    knowing nothing
    of You

    I've searched for Your heart
    not knowing I was
    alone
    with myself
    alone
    with my friends

    All of my ways
    were held in a shroud
    darkness
    denying Your light

    One day I read John
    and..
    a light came up burning
    desire to know Your heart

    What a model You are
    to us all
    what losses
    we bring into our lives
    when we lose
    our desire for You

    What joy You give me
    writing this rhyme
    not knowing the next word
    but for You

    All my life
    I've been in Your heart
    Thank you so much
    for Your love

    All of our world
    is washed in Your love
    why won't we
    bow down to You

    All my life
    I've looked deep for love
    Thank You........
    for opening my eyes.
