"Fishbowl"
“Fishbowl”
irregular holes
reveal multicolored flashes
darting in all directions
green undulations bob and weave
in silent slow motion
rocky surfaces collect waste
shadows move slowly
engulfing holes
for a time
to finally let light in again
air rises to meet air
within all are ignorant of
a larger universe
such is life
in a fishbowl.
