    "Relaxing With Nature, Loving You"

as a child I loved to lie back in the tall grasses
and flowers that lay beneath a great oak
in our yard,
I would lie there and see cloud pictures against
the bluest spring skies,
it was such lovely relaxation that made a lifelong
appreciation of beauty my one
really positive reality,

though nearly six decades ago I still smell the nature,
still know the comfort of flowers and tall grass,
and the love of anything solid like oak,
like our love,

naturally I want to lie with you amid flowers and trees,
share our love in tall grasses,
feel God in the clouds above,
know the sweetness of your love,
shared within the joy of feeling once again at ease,
at home with you.
