I walked in the woods for a while,
it’s a good thing you weren’t with me,
It was just me, and God, and the silent trees,

We shared paths for so long,
now it’s time to go another way,
I need a different song passing my lips,
from the quiet pathway of my heart,

We’ve known each other for so long,
now our roads collide with a new reality,
you know our time was a love song,
we sang………..
inside……….
our hearts.

Our lives within…..the heart of love,
the heart of love……was our song,    

Thank you God,
for directing the roads of my life

It’s a good thing you walked with me, my friend,
it’s a good thing I walked free,
just me, and nature, and
the sweetly silent trees.
