    "Christ's Eyes"

     I believe that if when Christ was breathing His last on the cross, Judas had approached Him; Jesus would have gazed upon him with love and compassion. The same love and compassion He shows to us.

    Even in your dying moment
    Your eyes shown with love
    even as man betrays you
    You gaze upon him with love

    To look into Your eyes
    is to know
    peace surpassing
    the hopes of man
    love too strong
    for words

    I know that in my dying moment
    I will look into Your eyes
    even though I've often failed you
    You hold me in Your love

    To look into Your eyes and know
    compassion in its strongest moments
    the hopes of God
    revealed in Your eyes

    The world is dying more each moment
    for fear of looking in Your eyes

    Even though we still betray you
    Your eyes are colored
    by Your love

    If we only had faith
    to see, that...
    what You want us all to be
    is right before our eyes

    Yes, Praise God that Christs Divine love is unconditional toward us, but His salvation is dependant upon our love for Him and our meeting Gods requirement of accepting and trusting in the finished work of his Son Jesus, something Judas apparently never had the eyes or heart for. We can either bow our eyes and heart to God now in this age of grace, or be forced to bow our eyes and knee to Him in judgement later. Our choice by a Loving God. Blessings, Whiskers.
