A Life Clear As A Crystal
From the minute I was bornI could feel this life moving fast
though years I've mourned
to take some of them back
I've never seen a life so clear
I've fallen so far, but I'm already here
I will keep on prevailing
through a life in which I'm failing
I'm failing to find the answers
I'm searching high and wide
pain eating at me like a cancer
don't know if I'll survive
Where can I run to now
with a life as clear as a crystal
I've shoved it so far down
my finger on the trigger of this pistol
I paint a picture, of how lifes meant to be
it's full of blood and gore, such tragedy
I know that life doesn't make sense at times
just need to live and create new rhymes
My crystal is no longer clear
went many years, now covered in fear
My crystal has shed many tears
it's now covered with broken lost years
