The Death of This Love 2
Protecting my heart from the painyour love bounded me like chains
Now I know that you never loved
why did I give my heart away
Squeezing the life until death knocks at the door
the death of this love cringing on the floor
Bleeding a heart I once adored
you left me no choice but to ignore
You keep calling me but it has ended
did you not get the email I sent
a love we never could have mended
a love you thought was meant to be
Look at a picture you sent in a letter
now I've torched it and feeling much better
would it be such a crime to have loved
she ran away with much less than a hug
I'm feeling the death of this love
this bleeding heart you ripped in two
I thought these years meant much more
than what they meant to you
