Death's Final Plea
Can you hear him crying on his deathbedCan you see all the tears that hes shed
Can you feel the darkness enter your soul
Is the blood in your veins growing cold
Will this be your final resting place
on a hill with a crown of thorns
Is their a promise you've been saved by grace
or within the fires of the malefactors horns
This is death's final plea
this is the blood stained tree
This is a life you thought you knew
this was the blood shed for you
As hard as it is to accept
He gave us all life through death
As hard as it is to believe
through these eyes I can perceive
He was and is still working out the plan
How can one deny He was the Son of Man
He came and laid it all on calvary's tree
this was death's final plea
