One Leaf rides the Wind
A lonely leaf falls silently before the storm, the only sound is the whisper of the wind . Like a raindrop that travels from the sky, this lonely leaf rides the wind waving goodbye. A solitary promise that it will one day seethe tree where it was born , one more time before it dies. It rides the wind travelling over again down the stream, embracing landscape scenes , once again it waves goodbye. All the trees look around ,nothing , not a sound as the wind starts to cry. All of nature stares in awe, as the leaf begins to fall
far from its home , dried and all alone. Not a friend to take its hand, Not a drop of rain for it feel, the beauty is so real and now it stands. In the dry choking heat settled in dust beneath my feet, the lonely leaf it waves goodbye. No longer riding the wind, will it make it home again , the lonely leaf begins to die. A lonely leaf rides the wind, like old age it starts breaking down within. I wonder now if it will it make it home again. One leaf rides the wind, not a sound as it waves its last goodbye.
