Truth Never Dies
Inside a mouth full of flies, the wretched stench of death's decayevil lurks awaiting judgement time to see hatred only betray
Inside are crooked lies, with a face of scornful eyes
trapped within your mind is a truth that never dies
Inside is a heart that beats for years, blood is its only shedding tears
like broken glass cutting jaws, bones gnarled by dogs I've come to
feel Hell's wrathful claws , digging to the core. Lies have come to bore
gaping wounds into your flesh, can't be ignored. I feel the disgust in your eyes, I see the pain in your smile. The anger starts to burn. Yet the truth never dies.
I stare into your eyes, and all I see are lies. What would I find if I analyzed your mind. You don't even realize that your so deep you cannot find another excuse. I've heard everyone it is no use. You try to tell me your a friend, but you rob again and again. I cannot trust you, you never tell the truth. My empty wallet is the proof.
There is one who never tells a lie, I can see love in His eye. I never need to question why. He will always be a friend, be there again and again. No matter the circumstance, I won't be a victim of the devil's arrogance.
I will no longer believe or be countlessly decieved by the devils advesary.
It's your bitter betrayal that cost this friendship to fail, in fact I never really felt you were a friend. It was plain misery, but I'm still called to love my enemies. I was never taught to hate. Only to love and wait to see what life had at stake. I've been bruised and misused, life twisted and construed
yet I know truth never dies.
I felt your hand slip away , guess its better off this way. I really didn't like dealing with the pain. Although I know a man who holds a plan , though the worlds eyes could give a damn. I know that truth never dies. I hold a heart through light and dark, though the seams may tear apart. I will never go back to the start.
A true friend is like Christ, The image we are made like, don't you know He took the pain despite. Despite being ridiculed, He was Lord, never a fool, the bible teaches the golden rule. I was never taught love in school, maybe never even cool. Accepted by the in crowd, I was stuck as outcast on the rebound, laughed at and always looked down upon.
The young rebels of today, go about there troubled ways, never knowing how to pray, Refusing ever to obey . The Young society sees more killing, to them getting high is just like killing, they don't see that truth never dies.
They only follow the devils lies.
Betrayal is the played game, your the scapegoat bearing the shame, who
gets hurt when you complain. The lies they always take a toll, bearing pain burns your soul, give your burdens to the one in control . Always knowing that truth never dies.
I've seen the poison the world feeds, sinful hearts crushed to bleed,
planting the demonic seed, that spreads death just like disease. A plague of hate hides in disguise, wretched burning in your eyes, giving ways to untruthful lies. I will say it again, this poem may never end, I always have a heavenly friend. I want all to know, this love that God came to show, the blood that came to flow. In His love I continue to grow. Through it all, truth never dies.
Justice systems always flaw, convicts getting the short straw. The judge sometimes makes the wrong call. But truth never dies. The lies of a dying earth, the pain of a hatreds worth. Which ones wallow in the dirt. The brutal accusations scorn, the lies of innocence are born, to a world thats seen the veil torn.
I know that truth never dies, I know that the world lies, I know it comes as no surprise. The world's hatred in hell's eyes. The devil dances , the devil dreams, The savior calls and redeems, The love of beauty so serene the worlds lies just intervene.
I know this poem just goes on, we need to teach right from wrong, but I know that hate is never gone. It rears its demon head so strong. It crys in the night, it picks a brutal fight. It blinds us from the night, but know that truth never dies.
Some people come , some people go, hatred lies, and love grows. I feel it from head to my toes, in God I trust , its His life I've chose. I know people judge our clothes, we are people not dirty hoes. Some of us murderers on death row, but know truth never dies.
We are sinners, we are saints, we are prisoners of our faith, religion dead, is what Ive read, the made up lies spew from your head. The demons call, the hatred falls, the beauty shines through it all . All I see , the pain and misery, betrayal and dishonesty. One thing I know truth never dies.
