    First Kiss

     The time it took to think about this kiss
    I could only wish, it was a moment I would never miss
    lips were ready to embrace your face
    get a wet taste of the passion that felt like grace
    this love was no puppy love that I forever chased
    it was the real full blown action, not the one night of satisfaction
    wham-bam-thank-you mam , out the door score
    I was back everynight wanting more than before
    I was hoping this first kiss wouldn't be the last
    watch this one week romance collapse
    fall under the bridge only to drown in relapse

    I would take my time with this heart of mine
    I felt like your heart was gold, with you in my arms I could grow old
    grow old happy living exactly how I want to, knowing it's only you
    knowing it's only you, that makes me feel this way

    Let me see you today, let me seee you tomorrow
    I can carry your sorrow, a broken heart is not an option
    I can carry the weight, i won't let this heart break
    this love is fate. The essence of my true being, my real feelings are expressed
    I will take these feelings till none of me is left
    I'm guessin' you feel the same, the same butterflies that swim
    the day feels so much better with them
    I'll let them fly but please never let them die
    I'm letting these butterflies free, and I'll let them carry this heart of me to eternity
