    Ever Forgotten Beauty

     Sifting through the ashes of time , realizing the beauty divine
    hastily I embrace , the beauty in which i baste
    like the warmth of the sun, the bitter passion of that one
    that escaped, you try to fill her place
    nothing you do, can ever bring back that smile
    still you try, but slowly die

    Ever forgotten beauty, a frozen passion longing to exist
    this innocence born in silence, my failing conscience
    trying to remember ,back on that cold december day
    you ran away , and took my heart and crushed it beneath
    the waves of love. Breaking tides ripping apart my insides
    Bitter is this once known romance, ever forgotten in this trance
