    A Poem to honor and keep the 10 commandments

    The Keys to A Good Life

     Beauty surrounding, the glistening glow of the world divine
    Innocence abounding, love stronger than any I could find
    The shutters are open, the window is letting in the light
    my eyes piercing this world, hope I'm keeping in sight
    dedicated my heart to share this hope I have found
    this death that saved my life, now I hold the crown
    we are told to pick up our cross daily, and stand to fight  
    when persecution is hurled our way , turn to the light
    We must prevail in faith, we cannot back down or bow down
    no idols, no graven images will God stand for now
    never take thy Lord's name in vain, never ever take a weapon and slay
    do not fornicate or lay with another man's wife
    follow these rules , these are the keys to a good life
    Always honor your mother and father, they brought you here
    The Lord says to never cheat or steal,
    do not take from thy neighbor what is not your own
    like trying to covet his wife or his home
    Never bear false witness against your neighbor
    this goes against your father Christ , The savior
    and never have any other God before the Lord
    Live by these rules and you'll see heaven's reward
