The Earth's Queen Cries her Song
Rising to the apex of poetry's mountainflowing streams of words a vivacious fountain
the prestigious pines of earthly enchantment
the rolling hills of rocky fragments
caves of undiscovered species foreboding
walls of the kingdom of beauty eroding
the kingdom of earths flowering sanctuary
dwelling deep within the snows of january
the aching of hearts with the kings crying song
the queen of all beauty, yearns for days long
But stood a king in heaven up high
a flowing robe of white , with gazing eyes
the day grows to night, the warm air goes cold
a window of clear beauty displays my soul
icicles hang from eaves of God's manor
hues of red, white and blue displayed on a nations banner
The Land of God, home of the brave
the blood spilled that redemption saved
The battle cry rings, loud in earth's ears
the war we as christians have fought for years
a shadow of the dark side displayed in light
the calling of my king in this bloody fight
white snow covered grounds of rocky terrain
bearing crimson where a hill portrays the stain
three crosses hang, where one King was slain
the earth trembled when they said His name
waves of the seas lift up there mighty arms
the queen of the earth sounds her alarm
as the final day comes, we can only wait
for the gnashing of iron, and slashing swords of fate
the winter beam of the moonlight hitting God's gate
did the earth serve you too much on your plate
A frozen tundra is the earth in winter , surrounding
my heartbeat like a bass drum pounding
my face tingles from the numbing cold air
the presence of the earth's king is everywhere
made known through the beauty of life
displayed through the artwork of poetry for Christ
The earth's queen cries her song
it echoes throughout the heavens, playing all day long
The king whom rules on a mighty throne above
singing in chorus while the angels sing of love
her voice whispers like a cry in the wind
it is now when my true life comes to begin
