Battle Cry of Fort Ontario
They came at nightBy land and by sea
They came to spy, kill and plunder
By Oswego River they came
We fought for freedom
We fought to save lives
We fought for the King
The cannons roared
At the yankee devils
The gun turrets blazed with fire
As the soldiers marched upon us
To steal our lives was their goal
But they ran in failure
As we prevailed and won the day
For the sake of the King
Thank God, we won the day
