Notes From a Madman
Things just pop into my headIdeas for stories, poems, scripts
Little anecdotes to spew forth
To pour out into society at large
Not knowing who might listen
Where they might fall or collapse
I may hear back in comment
But generally I am speaking
By and large to myself
Or at least to an audience
Full of deaf people
After all who else cares
About what I may think or say
When I write something
I generally do it to please me
If anyone else is amused
Shocked, annoyed, or whatever
Then that is just apart of
The added pleasure in life
And I have accomplished a small goal
Meanwhile, my aim is still me
Well, perhaps God too
Anything else, above and beyond
Is well, just that
