Chemical Experiment
I don't know about any of youBut ever since my last hospital stay
My doctor keeps giving me more
Ever so much more medication
On top of him, I saw twenty five others
All new doctors in the hospital
Each one wanting to me to take more
More and more drugs than ever before
I don't know why it is so imperative
That they treat us all like guinea pigs
Some great human chemical experiment
I don't think God had this in mind
When he created us, yet somehow
Some of us think that it's all good
That we must go through everything
Every pill ever invented or created
That in some way mankind is benefitted
I don't know about any of you
But when I was created and born
I don't remember signing that form
So nothing would please me more
Than to quit being a chemical experiment
