Observations From 283
Sitting in a hospital room all aloneJust my thoughts to keep me company
After four days in this place
Suddenly I'm super contagious
Getting angry with the stupidity
Need to see for myself
What's really happening outside
Looking down at the street
Checking on all the life
Moving all around out there
The wind wildly whipping all around
Man in gray jogging on down
Parents walking with babies in tow
Lots of cars driving by
And as I look upon this scene
All I can think of throughout
Is I can't wait to get home
And leave all this behind me
