Raleigh's Mountain
A long time agoAlmost forever it seems
Back in the woods
Sitting on top
There was a young explorer
He went west to the rockies
He dug for gold
Finally found some
Bought the mountain
Since then many have tried
To claim and mine
Raleigh's mountain
They all have failed
One way or another
Raleigh O'Toole does not wish
To let go of his dream
Of his gold or his mountain
Try if you dare
But don't say I didn't
Warn you ahead of time
If you run into Raleigh O'Toole
Guarding his mountain
For he died a very rich man
In 1902 and hasn't left yet
Many have Raleigh and his mountain
But not once did they find his gold
