AN ANGELS KISS
Angel’s wings whisper your name,
And you try to fly away.
So many tears dampen your wings,
It’d be easier to stay.
You struggle with your flight,
But the cries hold you here.
How can you leave the loved ones,
You hold so dear?
As the healing begins,
You feel a glow.
The love dries your wings,
And you’re able to go.
You turn one last time to see the ones you’ll miss.
And we feel in the breeze,
Your last blown kiss.
