CROSSING THE LINE
SOMETIMES ONCE THAT LINE IS CROSSED,
THAT SOMETHING THAT ONCE WAS THERE,
IS FOREVER LOST.
AND ALL THE "I LOVE YOU'S"
AND "I'M SORRY'S",
THAT ARE HEARD.
CAN NOT CHANGE WHATS OCCURED.
THE BRUISES AND PAIN MAY FADE,
BUT NOT THE FEELING I'VE BEEN BETRAYED.
THEY SAY TIME HEALS ALL , THAT IT'S A MUST.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THAT FEELING OF TRUST?
THE NEXT TIME WILL YOU BE SORRY TOO?
AND HOW MANY MORE TIMES,
BEFORE I'M BRANDED THE FOOL?
THAT SOMETHING THAT ONCE WAS THERE,
IS FOREVER LOST.
AND ALL THE "I LOVE YOU'S"
AND "I'M SORRY'S",
THAT ARE HEARD.
CAN NOT CHANGE WHATS OCCURED.
THE BRUISES AND PAIN MAY FADE,
BUT NOT THE FEELING I'VE BEEN BETRAYED.
THEY SAY TIME HEALS ALL , THAT IT'S A MUST.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THAT FEELING OF TRUST?
THE NEXT TIME WILL YOU BE SORRY TOO?
AND HOW MANY MORE TIMES,
BEFORE I'M BRANDED THE FOOL?
