    JOURNEY OF A TEARDROP

     I cried today. Despite my best efforts, To control its release. It proved more powerful, Then I. Building in my chest, Consuming me. Burning up into my throat. Briefly choking , In its intensity. Welling up through me, Brimming into my eyes. Building; Although I closed them tight, Forbidding their release. Still they built, Until the dam of my lids proved no match. The emotions proved too great, Crushing in their intensity. Claiming victory, As they brimmed over. One lonely teardrop, Purged itself craving release. Thus, begins its journey. Slowly the decent begins. Over a flushed cheek, Slipping to trembling rose lips. Leaving behind its sulfuric essence. Dipping over defeated chin, To tremble at the edge of its decent to the chest, Soaking into my broken heart. I cried today.

    Wow! That is really a great way of explaining when we know sometimes all there is to do is cry. That helps us deal with what we are going through. Even if it's hard. You have been through so much. Just always keep positive. People always enjoy a positive person.

    Am2anAngel, what a powerful release of emotion here. One tear can help heal, but they usually come from one's inner pain. I know. I've cried an ocean of tears and thougjht I couldn't cry anymore. The other night satan entered my mind and said "why go on in pain?" I e-mailed a couple bye's. I received a call from Tierra, I broke into many tears, releif at last. Don't be ashamed to cry, God gave us tears to heal. Be blessed and you can cross the Bridge to you know. Godly love,,,Sam.
