    Kick you out
    We played a game
    I still can't understand
    Not that I haven't tried
    Concluded you were to blame
    For making me love you on demand
    Mocking me as I cried

    How the years have passed
    But still it's you I remember
    And none can fill the void
    Yet I keep this pain inside
    Smothering the last remaining ember
    Forgeting you were my hearts envoy

    Tried to rid you from my system
    Took a year to see it fail
    Woke up and said Stop
    Couldn't stand them anymore
    Felt like some twisted betrayal
    For an evil I couldn't kick

    So another year has gone
    And I'm just as lost, confused
    However hard I run
    I can't outpace your image
    I'm just not that strong
    Can't stand to yet again be used
    So I have to end this chapter
    Turn the page
    And start anew
